Strata Building — Artarmon

This 12-unit strata complex in Artarmon required a comprehensive repaint of all common areas, both inside and out. The project needed to be coordinated carefully to minimise disruption to residents while ensuring all areas were accessible for our team.

We worked closely with the strata manager to develop a schedule that allowed residents to continue their daily routines with minimal interruption. Interior common areas were completed section by section, with clear signage and barriers to ensure safety.

The exterior work required scaffolding and careful coordination with residents' parking needs. We completed the work in stages, ensuring that access to all units was maintained throughout the project.

The colour scheme was chosen by the strata committee — a warm neutral for the exterior walls with white trim and a feature colour on the front doors. Inside, we used durable, washable paints in neutral tones that will stand up to heavy use.

The project was completed over 4 weeks, with the building now looking fresh and well-maintained. The owners corporation has received positive feedback from residents and visitors alike.
