Apartment Building Exterior — North Sydney

This six-storey apartment building in the heart of North Sydney required a complete exterior repaint to restore its appearance and protect it from the harsh coastal elements. The building had not been painted in over 15 years, and the existing coating was showing significant signs of wear.

Our team began with a comprehensive pressure wash to remove dirt, mould, and loose paint. We then undertook extensive repairs to the render and concrete surfaces, filling cracks and replacing damaged sections. The building's height required the use of specialised access equipment, which we coordinated with the strata management to minimise disruption to residents.

The colour scheme was selected in consultation with the strata committee — a modern grey palette with white trim that complements the surrounding architecture. We used Dulux Weathershield for its superior durability and 15-year warranty, ensuring the building will look great for years to come.

The project was completed over 6 weeks, with our team working methodically from top to bottom. Residents were kept informed throughout the process, and we ensured all common areas were kept clean and accessible.
